Orders and Shipping
Order Processing
Orders received will be processed at our warehouse within 1-2 working days from the date of acquisition. Calzificio M. Bresciani srl will arrange shipment via courier to the address provided by the customer.
Delivery Times (from the moment the order is handed to the courier)
ITALY: 1-2 working days (Sicily, Sardinia, and Calabria may require an additional day).
EUROPE: 2-3 working days (excluding remote areas).
UNITED ARAB EMIRATES: 2-3 working days (excluding remote areas).
USA: 5-6 working days (excluding remote areas).
AUSTRALIA: 5-7 working days (excluding remote areas).
Please note: Shipments and deliveries take place from Monday to Friday during office hours. Service is not available on weekends or national holidays. During the Christmas period, delivery times may be longer.
Shipping Costs and Free Shipping Thresholds
ITALY: €6.00. FREE shipping for orders over €100.00.
EUROPE (EU) including Vatican City and San Marino: €9.00. FREE shipping for orders over €120.00.
UNITED KINGDOM, NORWAY, SWITZERLAND, CYPRUS, MALTA: €13.00. FREE shipping for orders over €120.00.
ICELAND: €35.00. FREE shipping for orders over €120.00.
USA: $14.00. FREE shipping for orders over $120.00.
UNITED ARAB EMIRATES: €25.00. FREE shipping for orders over €250.00.
AUSTRALIA: €25.00. No free shipping threshold available.
Customs Duties: Any customs duties or import taxes are entirely the responsibility of the recipient. We invite customers to contact their local customs authorities in advance to check costs and import limits.
Order Receipt and Tracking
Tracking: You will receive a tracking code via email at the time of shipment to monitor the status of your parcel.
Amendments: It is not possible to change the delivery address once the order has been dispatched.
Inspection of Goods: Upon delivery, please check that the number of parcels is correct and that the packaging is intact. If the parcel is damaged or wet, please accept it "with reserve" (signed as damaged) and report it immediately to the courier.

Invoicing
ITALY and EU: Invoices are not issued automatically (as per art. 22 D.P.R. 633/1972). An invoice must be explicitly requested by the customer at the time of ordering.
NON-EU (e.g., USA, Australia, UAE): An invoice is regularly issued for every order.
Invoicing Details: It is not possible to amend invoicing details once the document has been issued.
